We want DSR access requests involving HR data to go to the HR ops team, and marketing-data requests to go to marketing ops. Can the DSR workflow branch on data category automatically?

Yes — in Settings → DSR Workflows, add a routing rule with condition `dataCategory == 'HR'`. You can chain multiple rules; first match wins.

Tip: also set a fallback rule for uncategorized data so nothing falls through the cracks.
