The Act deliberately doesn't prescribe a mechanism. Our internal guidance: OTP to a parent's registered phone is 'reasonable diligence' for low-risk services. For higher-risk (financial, health) recommend a second factor — Aadhaar-linked or ID upload. Digital Anumati's SDK supports both flows via `consent.captureParental()`.

One thing I'd add: keep an audit trail of how the parental consent was verified. Regulators care less about the mechanism than about your ability to prove diligence.
